How we work together
Real Tools for Real Change
We use more than just traditional talk therapy. I incorporate methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help you understand the different, often conflicting parts of yourself—like an internal team that isn't always on the same page. By combining this with breathwork and mindfulness, we can actually help your body settle down, lowering stress levels and helping you feel more grounded. It’s about giving you practical ways to shift from a state of high alert into a place of restorative rest.
