I focus on concepts like nervous system regulation and Internal Family Systems (IFS), but I make sure these tools feel practical and easy to understand in your daily life. With a Master’s in Counseling and my own personal history of navigating life's hurdles, I aim to provide a space where you feel truly understood, not just diagnosed.
