I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, but my career actually started in nursing. That shift from medical care to therapy allows me to offer a unique perspective that combines clinical knowledge with a genuine, down-to-earth presence. I focus on concepts like nervous system regulation and Internal Family Systems (IFS), but I make sure these tools feel practical and easy to understand in your daily life. With a Master’s in Counseling and my own personal history of navigating life's hurdles, I aim to provide a space where you feel truly understood, not just diagnosed.
