Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll look at your mind as a collection of different "parts" instead of just one voice. Usually, the things we do that frustrate us most are actually just parts of us trying to protect us, even if they aren't doing it in the most helpful way. We'll get curious about those voices—the ones that criticize, fix, or protect—and help them stop fighting for control. This allows you to stop feeling so conflicted and start feeling more at peace.
