Barbara J Lanz is a compassionate counselor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with care, insight, and respect. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, offering a grounded and supportive space for healing and growth.
With a background in nursing and a master’s degree in counseling, Barbara brings a unique understanding of the connection between physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Her approach is rooted in both clinical training and real-life experience, allowing her to meet clients with empathy, authenticity, and a deep sense of understanding.
Barbara believes that healing is a personal and non-linear journey. She takes a collaborative, client-centered approach, helping individuals explore their inner world, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting change. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, her work supports meaningful, sustainable transformation.
In addition to individual therapy, Barbara offers breathwork sessions and experiential group workshops.
