We do more than just talk. I combine traditional counseling with techniques that help your body feel calm too. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we look at the different parts of your personality, like the inner critic or the part that feels overwhelmed, to help them work together better. By adding Transformational Breathwork to the mix, we can move your nervous system out of survival mode and into a state where you actually feel rested and clear-headed.
