Breathe, heal, and find balance

Find your calm through guided healing

I provide a quiet space where we use breathwork and mindfulness to help you work through emotional stress. Together, we will build the resilience you need to navigate life with more clarity and less weight.

A high-quality, close-up portrait of a smiling young man with dark curly hair and facial hair, looking upwards into the distance. The setting is outdoors, evidenced by the bright sunlight and the blurred green foliage in the background. The overall mood is positive, hopeful, and bright.

Take five minutes to breathe, reset, and settle your nerves.

You don't need a mountain retreat to feel better. A quick breathwork break can help you clear the mental noise and get back to center when things feel overwhelming.

Finding Your Way Back to Balance

Therapy built on empathy, experience, and real connection

My practice in Jonesborough is built on the idea that healing isn't about forgetting what happened, but about finding the resilience you already have. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I pair professional training with my own life experiences to offer a partnership where you will always feel heard and never judged.
A woman with long blonde hair sits on a grey sofa, gesturing with her hands while speaking. The scene is shot from over the shoulder of another person who is blurred in the foreground, holding a blue clipboard and pen as if taking notes. The setting is a bright, modern interior with potted green plants, a green macrame wall hanging, and soft, natural lighting, suggesting a counseling or coaching session. The color palette includes muted tones of grey, beige, and green, creating a calm and professional mood.

What to expect

A holistic approach to feeling like yourself again

We do more than just talk. I combine traditional counseling with techniques that help your body feel calm too. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we look at the different parts of your personality, like the inner critic or the part that feels overwhelmed, to help them work together better. By adding Transformational Breathwork to the mix, we can move your nervous system out of survival mode and into a state where you actually feel rested and clear-headed.
A close-up, high-angle shot showing a person's hands gesturing during a group conversation. The foreground hands are in focus, wearing a light blue ribbed sweater, while two other people are visible in the blurred background, sitting in a circle. The palette is composed of soft, muted earth tones and cool blues, creating a calm, supportive, and communicative atmosphere. The shallow depth of field emphasizes the active listening and speaking dynamic typical of a therapy session, support group, or collaborative workshop.

Who I work with

A space to process life's hardest moments

This is for anyone feeling weighed down by anxiety, chronic stress, or the long-term effects of trauma. If you feel off-balance or find yourself overreacting to small things, I want you to know you aren't broken. You are just human. I help people build the strength to carry their history without it feeling so heavy. Whether you are dealing with depression, grief, or relationship struggles, we will work together to find a way forward.
A wide shot through a glass partition showing a woman with blonde hair, her back to the camera, gesturing while seated in a modern grey armchair. She is facing a couple—a man in a plaid shirt and a woman in a brown cardigan—seated on a light-colored sofa in a brightly lit, professional interior. Large windows in the background reveal a glimpse of outdoor greenery. A strong reflection on the foreground glass creates a symmetrical, mirrored visual effect of the people in the room. The mood is calm and conversational, characteristic of a therapy session or a professional consultation.

The process

How we work together

Our sessions follow a simple flow designed to make sure you get the most out of our time. We start by making sure you feel comfortable and safe in the space. Then, we use intentional breathing to settle your mind and release physical tension. Finally, we focus on a specific goal for the day, letting your own insights lead the way. It is a gentle process that leads to real change, making growth feel like a natural shift rather than an uphill battle.

A Grounded Approach to Real Change

Navigating your path to wellness with the support and connection you actually need.

Healing Pathways is more than just talking through your week. It's a space where we work together to untangle emotional knots and build the resilience you need to carry your history with clarity. By combining clinical knowledge with physical tools, we build a practical roadmap for your recovery.
01
Relatable Expertise
I pair professional counseling credentials with a real understanding of what it means to be resilient. You can expect genuine empathy and conversation rather than clinical distance.
02
Internal Family Systems
Instead of fighting your emotions, we use the IFS model to help the different parts of your mind stop competing. We will help your internal thoughts work together with more compassion and less conflict.
03
Somatic Integration
We use breathwork to clear out emotional stress and recharge your energy. This helps shift your nervous system out of survival mode and into a state where you can truly rest and recover.
04
Intentional Preparation
We follow a clear three-step process of creating space, settling the body, and setting intentions. This makes sure every session is a meaningful step toward your future.

The background features a distant shoreline with a dense forest and a clear blue sky with light wisps of clouds. The foreground shows out-of-focus blades of grass, creating a sense of depth. The color palette is dominated by deep blues and blacks, evoking a quiet, contemplative, and peaceful mood.

Clear the Weight of Your Emotions

I’m here to partner with you in a way that respects your specific experiences. Using proven nervous system regulation techniques and a genuine human connection, I help you move out of survival mode and into a place of rest and self-awareness. We might work through emotional tension using breathwork or look at your internal world with curiosity instead of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can finally feel resilient and at peace.
